DR. VERA E.M ARHIN
Educase Literacy Consult, a library complex and learning centre, is headed by Vera E.M. Arhin. Who holds a Doctorate Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL), with vast experience in effective communication.
She is a recipient of an African Humanities Program (AHP) postdoctoral fellowship, under the auspices of the American Centre for Learned Societies (ACLS) – 2012. Prior to this, in 2010, she won the United States Department of State Award to participate in the Study of United States Institutes (SUSI) activities, which was designed for scholars to enhance their knowledge in American educational, cultural and political philosophies, to explore new teaching methods and to pursue related research interests.
She taught English for Academic Purposes, and English Proficiency courses at the University of Ghana’s Language Centre, and taught M.A (TESL) and Applied Linguistics courses at the Linguistics Department of the same university from 1996 to 2015.
Vera’s research interest in Corporate Literacy and language teaching and learning culminated in her recent project – A library facility open to the general public that provides educational services to both adults and children.
PRINCE AGORTEY
Mr. Prince Agortey is currently the Programs Coordinator at Educase Literacy Consult. He has extensive experience in management, sales, and marketing. And, holds an MBA, and B.Sc. Tourism, with Geography from the University of Cape Coast.
He has served as a resource person for various workshops, seminars and symposia for many organisations on taking financial risks, and sales and marketing initiative.
